TASTING NOTE

 
Red wine of intense colour. The aroma resembles red fruit marmalade and violets with light notes of vanilla , natural of its barrel aging. Good volume in the mouth, sweet tannins. Long last ending. Jun 07
 
   
WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Controlled fermentation at 26° C.
Maceration on skins, pumping over twice a day. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. 9 months aging in French and American oak barrels.
