TASTING NOTE

 
Red colour with violet notes. Intense aroma of ripe red fruits, dried plums, cassis and notes of toast. In the mouth it shows itself with balanced acidity, medium body and long last ending. Jun 07
 
   
WINEMAKING  
Manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Controlled fermentation at 26°C. Maceration on skins, pumping over twice a day. 9 months aging in French and American oak barrels.
