TASTING NOTE

Wine of an intense and concentrated red color, presenting a dense and viscose aspect. Complex bouquet of very ripe red fruits, coffee, with floral touches, combined with toasted and smoked. In the mouth it presents itself once again with great complexity and density, with an important body and marked tannins. The taste stays in the mouth for a long time.

WINEMAKING
Manual selection of the grapes, berry by berry. Maceration during fermentation at 26° C, with pumping over twice a day. Post-maceration with one pigeage a day. Total maceration time, 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in vats. Aging, ten months in new barrels, medium toasted French oak.
